''CANALSIDE''

''Canalside'' is a modern, fully equipped air conditioned luxury Villa built in 2006 is situated in Longmeadow, Rotonda West comprising of a great room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, 3 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms.  There is a screen enclosed solar heated pool with a large deck area, table, chairs, loungers, BBQ.  The pool overlooks a freshwater canal.

This fully equipped Villa faces SSE and backs onto a freshwater canal with good fishing and ample wildlife to keep you entertained around the home. There is fishing tackle in the garage for those of you who find fishing relaxing.

Entering the home there is a formal dining area to your left and immediately in front is the beautifully furnished and accented great room with a cathedral ceiling. The seating consists of a davenport which converts to a queen-sized bed and a smaller sofa. Sliding doors lead to the covered lanai and screened pool area.

The kitchen with everything you need to enjoy both indoor and outdoor eating has a small bar area with two stools and leads to an adjoining breakfast nook with a window overlooking the pool. A door at the other end of the kitchen leads into a laundry area and then through into the double garage with an automatic up and over door. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The master bedroom and en-suite bathroom takes up all one side of the main house, with a queen-sized bed and TV. A large walk in closet and sliding doors to the pool area.

On the other side of the main living area are two more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The front bedroom has twin beds and uses the central family bathroom. The back bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a door leading out to the pool area.

The pool area has a table and 6 chairs, 4 loungers and a BBQ, the pool is solar heated.

RATES
From $900 per week, $3000 per month
Additional Charges : 7% Florida Sales Tax, 4% Charlotte County Tourist Tax
