''CORAL CREEK'' VILLA RENTAL INFORMATION

 
This modern, air conditioned, luxury villa situated in the desirable Windward district of Cape Haze comprises family room, living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms.

The villa has its own private electrically heated swimming pool and has a large deck area with table, chairs and loungers. The pool area overlooks the Coral Creek River and has its own boat dock.

"Coral Creek " is a spacious villa situated in the Windward district of Cape Haze. The home has large, open plan 'great room' comprising a formal dining and living area with sliding doors leading down to the pool deck.

You enter through the foyer into the great room, off this room there is the family room plus a formal dining area. Also sliding doors lead to the upper deck or the pool area.

The Kitchen has a breakfast bar and a nook.  Sliding doors from the nook lead also onto the upper pool deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, cooker, microwave, waste disposal, all utensils and a large fridge-freezer complete with ice maker and water dispenser. The separate laundry room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

To the right of the breakfast nook, double doors lead to the large master bedroom and luxury en-suite bathroom which includes a walk in shower, corner bath, vanity unit with double washbasin. The bedroom with its stunning large window overlooks the pool and the river.  On the other side of the great room, a doorway leads to three further bedrooms, either with queen or twin beds plus a family bathroom and a separate pool bath.

Outside is the private pool (14ft X 28ft) and spa. The pool is on two levels with a dining area on the upper deck and the pool on the lower deck. Both decks offer great views of the Coral Creek River. The pool is warm nearly all the year round but may require extra pool heating during the cooler months.

Poolside furniture includes 6 chairs, 4 loungers and a gas BBQ.

RATES
From $1000 per week, $3400 per month
Additional Charges : 7% Florida Sales Tax, 4% Charlotte County Tourist Tax
$100 cleaning fee for rents of less than a month
Pool Heating if required there will be a charge of $50 per week
