Management/Maintenance
The idea for this business grew out of our
dissatisfaction with available resources for
property management. Sunrise offers customers
advantages that appealed first to us, then to those
we interviewed. We have developed a unique
approach to this business, designed to satisfy our
own wishes as customers, and evolved to address
other issues raised by current and prospective
customers. We provide value-added service in a
professional efficient manner. Sunrise will deliver
these services to its tenants by employing people
with similar visions and aspirations.
So if you are a
home-owner or whether you are in the process of
building a holiday home in the Rotonda area we hope
that our company will be of interest to you.
Service
Sunrise Residential
Management will be on call 24 hours a day for
emergencies and to assist you and your rental
property. We
will always be contactable via e-mail at all times.
Villa Rentals
If required, Local Real
Estate Services, Inc. of Englewood Florida with extensive advertising
in North America and the United Kingdom would aim to
constantly supply rental customers to all of our
clients.
Our
Standards
Sunrise
Residential Management will provide total care for
your home. We will ensure a clean, fully
maintained home for you and your renters. Our
aim is to treat every home we maintain as if it was
our own.

These are the approximate
running costs of a house which is around 2100 sq ft.
