''PEACEFUL RETREAT'' VILLA RENTAL INFORMATION

"Peaceful Retreat " is a newer home, finished in late 2006 and decorated to a deluxe standard.

Situated in the tranquil area of South Gulf Cove, the home is surrounded totally by nature. Truly a home to stay in if you love the peace and quiet of the Gulf Coast of Florida.

Enter through the front door to a welcoming living room that has an entertainment center with a flat screen TV and sliding glass doors that lead to the pool. There is a formal dining room to the left.

Walk through the columned archway to the open kitchen and family room. The Kitchen has all upgraded stainless steel appliances (including filtered drinking water).

The kitchen overlooks the family room which is equipped with 2 sofas, flat screen TV as well as a VCR/DVD player. The Family room and the breakfast nook also have sliding doors that lead to the lanai and pool area.

To the right of the Main Entrance is the large, private master bedroom which has a king sized bed, 1 large walk in closet and satellite TV.  There are also sliding doors from the bedroom out onto the lanai. The large en-suite bathroom has a double walk around shower, tub and separate closet.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed and satellite TV.

The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and TV and shares a bathroom with the 2nd Bedroom.

Outside, there is a nice sized pool which is heated which overlooks a woodland area and a well decorated deck area.  A BBQ grill is also provided.

RATES
From $1000 per week, $3100 per month
Additional Charges : 7% Florida Sales Tax, 4% Charlotte County Tourist Tax
 If pool heating is required there is an additional cost of $80 per week
$100 cleaning fee for rents of less than a month
