''SAND DOLLAR'' VILLA RENTAL INFORMATION

''Sand Dollar'' is a spacious modern, air conditioned, luxury villa situated in the Long Meadow district of Rotonda comprises a family room, living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms.  The home has large, open plan 'great room' comprising a formal dining and living area with sliding doors onto the pool deck.

The villa has its own private electrically heated swimming pool and has a large deck area with table, chairs and loungers.  The pool area has a private outlook and is fully screened.

Through the great room you come to the kitchen area and the family room. A large window door wall enables the family room to be opened out further onto the lanai.

The Kitchen has a breakfast bar and a nook featuring a large aquarium window providing an ideal place to sit and view the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, cooker, microwave, waste disposal and a large fridge-freezer complete with ice maker and water dispenser. The separate laundry room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

To the left of the great room, double doors lead to the large master bedroom and luxury en-suite bathroom which includes a walk in shower, corner bath, vanity unit with double washbasin. The bedroom, equipped with its own cable TV set and telephone opens out onto the pool area via sliding patio doors.  On the other side of the living/kitchen area, a doorway leads to a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom which are separated by the family bathroom with bath and shower.

Outside is the private pool (17ft X 22ft) and large south-west facing lanai. There is a pool guard which is fitted for safety for small children. The pool is warm nearly all the year round but may require extra pool heating during the cooler months.

Poolside furniture includes 6 chairs, 4 loungers and a gas BBQ.

RATES
From $900 per week, $3000 per month
Additional Charges : 7% Florida Sales Tax, 4% Charlotte County Tourist Tax
$100 cleaning fee for rents of less than a month.  Sorry, NO pets or smoking allowed.
If Pool heating is required there will be a charge of $50 per week.
