"Sunrise At Julies " was one the first homes on the books of Sunrise.  It was completed in 2003 and is beautifully furnished with all the facilities you would expect.

Situated in the White Marsh area of Rotonda, this property is around 2100 square feet and has lovely views overlooking the 9th fairway and green of Long Marsh Golf Course.

As you enter into the home, you pass through a lovely sitting area with chaise lounge and coffee table. To your left there is a delightful formal dining area.

Continuing through the house you will come to the kitchen and breakfast nook.  The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you would need and has upgraded units all round.  The breakfast nook overlooks the pool area.

Also leading to the pool, the family room has two comfortable sofas, TV, DVD for your enjoyment.

Turning Right from the breakfast nook you have the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a large bath plus a walk-in shower, double washbasins and water closet. The master bedroom comes with a king-sized bed, TV in an armoire and sliding doors to the pool area.

The Second Bedroom and Third Bedrooms are situated to the left of the family room and share a bathroom.

The Second Bedroom has a queen sized bed and walk-in closet.

The Third Bedroom decorated in a nautical theme has two twin beds and a walk-in closet.

The pool area comes complete with chairs, table, loungers and a bar area.  It is a very tranquil area for you to enjoy the sun and enjoy the view over the golf course.

The pool is electrically heated and there is also a BBQ for you to use and enjoy outdoor eating.
