''SUNSET AT JULIES'' VILLA RENTAL INFORMATION

"Sunset At Julies " was one the first homes on the books of Sunrise.  It was completed in 1999 and is beautifully furnished with all the facilities you would expect.

Situated in the Long Meadow area of Rotonda, this waterfront property of over to 2,700 square feet makes the home one of the largest that we have to rent.

As you enter into the home, you are into the great room where there are sofas and a chaise lounge for you to relax on plus sliding doors to the pool area.  A formal dining room is found to your left hand side.

Following through the home, you will come to the fully equipped kitchen and breakfast nook.  The nook is situated beside an aquarium window which gives you great views of the pool and the river that runs behind the home.

Also leading to the pool, the family room has two comfortable sofas, TV, VCR, Stereo and Play Station for your enjoyment.

Turning Right from the entrance to the house you will come to the large Master bedroom and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a bath, large walk-in shower, double washbasins plus a separate water closet.

The Second and Third Bedrooms both have queen sized beds and walk-in closets.

The Third Bedroom has two twin beds and a walk-in closet and shares a bathroom with the second and third bedrooms.

The pool area is large and an oversized heart shape pool (28ft X 15ft) gives you plenty space to enjoy the sun with the added delight of a tranquil view along the Rotonda River.

The pool is electrically heated and there are sun loungers, table and chairs to complete the lanai area which also boasts an outside bathroom.
