"Tan House" is one the latest additions to our list of fabulous homes.  It was completed in December 2005 and is beautifully furnished with all the facilities you would expect.

Situated in the White Marsh area of Rotonda, this waterfront property of close to 2,500 square feet is close by to nearby shops, beaches and golf courses.

Relaxing carpeted room with comfortable sofas and occasional table and has sliding doors leading out to the pool area.  There is an adjoining dining room for formal eating.

There is also a Breakfast Nook and a large open plan kitchen which is fully equipped and includes a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal and plenty or cupboard space.

The Family Room has two sofas and a TV.  There are also sliding doors that lead to the pool area.

The Master Bedroom has a king sized bed and a large en-suite bathroom comprising of a walk-in fully tiled shower, bath and water closet.  Sliding doors lead from the master bedroom onto the pool area.

The Second Bedroom has a Queen Sized Bed and a Walk in Closet.

The Third Bedroom has two twin beds and a walk-in closet.  Both of these bedrooms have there own bathroom.

The pool area is relaxing and overlooks onto a branch of the Rotonda River and gives total privacy whilst you enjoy the Florida sunshine.

The solar heated pool is 26'X14' and has sun loungers, table and chairs complete the lanai area which also boasts an outside bathroom.
