Soak up the sun and feel your cares and worries drift away in this canal side villa. Overlooking White Marsh Creek and with south-west exposure, the extended sun terrace receives the sun all day.

"Tranquility" has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is fully air-conditioned.  It is light and airy, with high cathedral ceilings in the day rooms and is furnished in bright Floridian style.

Whatever your needs on vacation, golf, the beach, sun, nature or just relaxation, this villa has it all.

The large sitting room is the focal point of the house. The high cathedral ceiling gives a spacious feel to the room.  Ample seating for all guests is provided around the entertainment centre, which has cable TV, DVD/VCR and a stereo system, from which music can be played and relayed to speakers in the kitchen, main bedroom and terrace.

A quiet reading corner is an ideal and cozy spot for getting round to those books that you never find time for at home.

From the sitting area, there is access through large patio doors to the lanai and pool area. Similar access is provided from the master bedroom and from the kitchen/ dining area. There is no direct access to the pool from the second and third bedrooms, ensuring that children cannot wander onto the terrace unsupervised.

The spacious and fully equipped family kitchen has a dishwasher, cooker, microwave, a large fridge freezer, kettle, coffee maker and waste disposal.  Between the kitchen and the garage is the laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

The main dining area adjoins the kitchen and overlooks the terrace and the canal beyond. Al fresco dining is the norm here and the terrace has table and chairs, sun loungers and a BBQ.

The Master Bedroom has a king sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower, a corner bath, a double vanity unit and a walk in dressing room.

Bedroom Two is equipped with a queen sized bed, while the third bedroom has twin beds.

The pool area is spacious with a large pool and spa for your enjoyment.
