''TURTLE CROSSING'' VILLA RENTAL INFORMATION

Turtle Crossing a luxurious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa completed in March 2006 which features a beautiful south west facing Roman pool and oversized deck area overlooking the tranquil Pinehurst Creek.  This elegant home has been tastefully furnished and decorated to an extremely high standard, and every care and attention has been taken to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.

Turtle Crossing was completed in March 2006 and this beautiful villa offers you all you could want for the perfect vacation with 2200 square feet of air conditioned comfort, luxury and elegance at an affordable price.

On entering the foyer of this light and airy villa you will find to your left a tasteful formal dining area with seating for six, continue on into the Great room which is comfortably furnished with 2 large sofas, coffee and side tables, and an entertainment centre with satellite TV, DVD and radio CD player. Full sized sliding doors open onto the pool area with uninterrupted views of the creek.

Continue on through the villa to the kitchen and breakfast nook. The kitchen is fully equipped with every modern convenience, and the delightful breakfast nook also overlooks the pool and creek.

To the right of the Great room is a lobby which leads to the impressive Master bedroom and Master bathroom. The Master bedroom comes with a King size bed, chaise lounge, dresser, large walk in closet and an armoire housing a satellite TV. Sliding doors open onto the pool area with views of the creek. Leading off of the bedroom is a luxury Master bathroom with his and her wash basins, corner bath tub, huge fully tiled walk in shower and separate water closet.

On the opposite side of the Great room is a lobby leading to a completely separate area which contains the second and third bedrooms and a second bathroom.

The spacious second bedroom has a Queen size bed, dresser, walk in closet, and an armoire housing a satellite TV. This room also has sliding doors with open onto the pool area with views of the creek. Bedroom three has twin beds, dresser, satellite TV and walk in closet.

The beautiful electrically heated Roman pool comes complete with waterfall and beach entry. The oversized deck area is comfortably furnished with a full size marble table seating up to six, sun loungers and two occasional tables. There is also a gas bar-b-q for use during your stay.
