''WATERSIDE'' VILLA RENTAL INFORMATION

 
''Waterside'' is a modern, air conditioned, luxury villa situated in the Broadmoor area of Rotonda and with an open plan ''great room'' which comprises a family room, living and formal dining area and has a sliding door wall leading down to the pool deck.  It also has a  fully equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms.

You enter through the foyer into the great room, off this room there is the family room plus a formal dining area.  Also sliding doors lead to the upper deck or the pool area.

The Kitchen has a breakfast bar and a nook.  Sliding doors from the nook lead also onto the upper pool deck.  The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, cooker, microwave, waste disposal, all utensils and a large fridge-freezer complete with ice maker and water dispenser.  The separate laundry room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

To the right of the breakfast nook, double doors lead to the large master bedroom and luxury en-suite bathroom which includes a walk in shower, corner bath, vanity unit with double wash basin. The bedroom with its stunning large window overlooks the pool and the river.  On the other side of the great room, a doorway leads to three further bedrooms, either with queen or twin beds plus a family bathroom and a separate pool bath.

The villa has its own private electrically heated (14ftx24ft) swimming pool with spa and has a large deck area with table, chairs and loungers.  The pool area overlooks a large garden and the tranquil views along the Rotonda river.

Poolside furniture includes 4 chairs, 2 loungers and a gas BBQ.

RATES
From $900 per week, $3000 per month
Additional Charges : 7% Florida Sales Tax, 4% Charlotte County Tourist Tax
$100 cleaning fee for rents of less than a month.
 If Pool Heating is required there will be a charge of $50 per week.
